2023，辭舊納新
全體楓葉同仁：
大家好！值此2023新年即將到來之際，我謹代表楓葉教育集團董事會，祝全體同仁在新的一年里平安、順意。
回首這一年，疫情的消耗，政策的影響，集團個別項目、校區的危機，成為楓葉教育創業以來最難的一年。逢此多事之秋，集團又痛失創始團隊重要成員——李萬慶名譽主席。一系列變故與挑戰，楓葉人在曲折中艱難前行。慶幸的是，我們挺了過來，拼盡全力做好調整，保留了希望火種，為未來發展積蓄了力量。
這一年，集團修訂后的第六個五年規劃，確立了楓葉人未來三十年、五十年乃至一百年的奮斗目標。二元戰略、雙擎驅動，我們的方向從未如此清晰，信念從未如此堅定，規劃修訂為楓葉教育新時期發展注入了動力。
這一年，繼對標完成楓葉世界學校課程第二期和Cognia成功評估之后，UK-ENIC于今年十月向全球一萬多家大專院校、教育機構、政府機構發出楓葉世界學校課程階段性對標報告，海內外知名高校陸續在官網公布楓葉世界學校課程錄取標準，楓葉世界學校課程已成為繼A-Level、IB之后的全球性認證課程。
這一年，在過去三年半成功路演基礎上，《中國特色國際化課程藍皮書》付梓，楓葉世界學校課程作為本土國際化課程“零的突破”再次轟動業界。
這一年，楓葉教育大廈喜迎喬遷，楓葉人開啟了二次創業新征程。
從年初到歲尾，大家忙了一整年，有付出、有奉獻、有進步。這一切，我們看到了，也感悟到一支堅韌不拔、欣欣向榮的楓葉團隊。這里有可親可敬的同事，有日新月異的發展，有接續傳承的事業。經歷2022一年來的風雨，我們比任何時候都更珍惜這個團隊及來之不易的成績。
2023新的一年，隨著國家疫情防控政策調整，疫情時代即將終結。此時此刻，百廢待興，百業待舉！三年來，我們暫時的蟄伏、隱忍、陣痛、損失都有了意義，那些無法打倒我們的，終將使我們強大！楓葉人必須抖擻精神，抓住機遇，伴隨著新年第一縷曙光的照進，吹響發展號角！我們要追回三年錯失的時光，加快集團轉型步伐，加快學校規模發展！既爭百年，也爭朝夕!
此時此刻，暢想2023，我的內心激越澎湃。新年將至，再次祝大家新年快樂，幸福安康！讓我們不負韶華，砥礪前行，共同迎接2023年的到來！謝謝。

Greetings! The year of 2023 is yet to come. On behalf of Board of Maple Leaf Educational Systems, I would like to extend the best wishes to all Mapleleafers!
Looking back on this year, it has been the most difficult year for MLES since we started the entrepreneurship due to the epidemic and the impact of policies. In this eventful time, Mr. Li Wanqing, the Honorary Chairman of founding team, left us. Mapleleafers have been striving survival through overcoming a series of challenges. Fortunately, we survived and tried our best to make adjustments for future development.
This year, the revised CMLES 6th Five-Year Plan established the goals of Mapleleafers in the next 30, 50 years. With the dual strategy and dual engine drive, our direction has been extremely clear and our determination has been truly firm. The revised Plan has injected vitality into the development of Maple Leaf Education in the new era.
This year, following the completion of the second-phase benchmarking of Maple Leaf World School Program and the successful inspection of Cognia, UK-ENIC in October issued a phased benchmarking letter of MLWSP to over 10,000 global colleges and universities, educational institutions, and government agencies. Accordingly, some universities at home and abroad have published their admission criteria for MLWSP on their official websites to recognize MLWSP, a globally accredited curriculum like A-Level and IB.
This year, based on the successful roadshows in the past three and a half years, Blue Book of Maple Leaf World School Program Incorporating Chinese Elements was published, and as a "zero breakthrough" of local international courses, once again great influence among the industry has taken place.
This year, Maple Leaf Education Building was relocated, and Mapleleafers started a new journey of entrepreneurship for the second time.
For the whole year, we have made contributions and progress through your hard work. The Management have seen all this. We cherish the team and your achievements.
In the new year of 2023, we foresee and expect the epidemic era is coming to an end. At this moment, all kinds of things need to be done and fixed! Mapleleafers must be energetic to work hard and speed up the development to recover the lost time of three years, accelerate the MLES transformation, and realize the tasks of CMLES 6th Five-Year Plan.
At this moment, I feel excited to imagine 2023 and I wish you all a happy and healthy New Year! Let's welcome the arrival of 2023 together!
